Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 15 1/2 (or older)
• Must successfully complete Success 101 with a C or better

Picking up your Pink Slip:

• Fill out the form at the link above
• Can ONLY be picked up on Wednesdays from 8:00-4:00 in the Counseling Office with Mrs. Perez.
